Gilli Stroll See ya~

Hi icon ArcheoButerflies

ey there! Keeping your creativity in high gear this summer? I hope so…although I know it could be hard having so many sweet activities to do outdoors : ). Well everything has its time…and I am sure you will make into your space and come up with some unique designs! Sometimes I day dream designs…lol I am dead serious..that is why I will scribble and doodle on napkins…supermarket receipt…anything I can record what just popped in my head…otherwise…poof LOL Gone. I had a Sociology teacher in college that gave me tip for life…always keep a note pad and a pen nearby…granted we got some technology that fills that but hey batteries run out! LOl Old fashion still king in my book!

Gilli Stroll See ya

See ya! That is what I will say when I finally manage to have some down time.. LOL ( Do I really want down time…humm no. LOL No seriously I don’t LOL). Gilli is super ready to hop up into a car and drive out! I colored Gilli Stroll with copic markers…yeap not paper piecing. The patterns you see here on her chic bag and her blouse was created with marker (you can do to! Don’t be afraid!). The delicious dp paper is from First Edition…(yeah remember I told you it was luv when I saw them at CHA?lol).

I created the little lace frame using 3 different Ek punches. I think it is very nice to have these very simple and delicate pattern punches around…I wonder if they will come out with more of these delicate ones this upcoming CHA…Hey EK I am here and would love to test drive…Heck any company LOL I am a born mad scientist LOL. Seriously ring me! LOL.

Gilli Stroll See ya aTo create the illusion of a twine frame around the spellbinder where Gilli was stamped I distressed the edges and added the details with a white pen. Real twine you can find over the ribbon details : ). The cute detail behind the spellbinder is die cut (Poppy dies). The little bag I created from scratch using cuts of a circle paper punch. the handles is a little piece of twine and the closure a nice pearl made with liquid pearl.

I hope you enjoyed this little project. Now how about get out there and make some new friends? Come on over and join us over The greeting card challenge at The Outlawz! Lots of inspiration tips and chats! If you are really in a vacation mode…hop by House of Gilli challenge blog…the girls have a ton of inspiration for you..and as always a little surprise for you : )

See ya!
